Yes I would - but having a "tapa" (spanish snack served when drinking at a bar) with your drink is quite nice too - you do not feel so fuzzy in the head.
well, where i live, and in most states, thats actually illegal. many state liquor commissions require that a bar have a food menu, even if they don't advertise it.
No cause i would be hungry i want atleast a snack or so.
The bars I go to give you like a handful of chex mix or something. Maybe one of those microwaveable pizzas if you want to go big. Nobody ever gets any of the food though. That's not what it's about!

The Bar seldom (just doesn't serve food) but you can have food served from the restaurant at the bar.
Otherwise they have snacks on the bar but not sold. Just a courteous service.
Of course, sometimes you just want to enjoy a pint of cold beer. It doesn't make a person an alcoholic if they enjoy a beer or two occasionally.
