Ok, last time i had crystal light was bout 5 years ago...and to be honest it was nasty it tasted like tainted water!..im curious if it still is bad or if they have improved on it????????? Thanks :D

LOL i guess it just depends how desperate you are to have a drink thats only 5 calories, id rather drink water then tainted water, and after looking up aspartame!!!!! it was a def NO thats crazy. Thanks for all the answers girls. :D

no, it has definatly changed! I love it... the only thing is it has aspartame in it...

There are lots of flavours which is nice too!
