Large commercial wineries use concrete tanks that are epoxy coated on the inside for large scale storage (cheaper and easier to construct than massive stainless tanks).

Your best bet is to find a two-part epoxy paint. Look for a marking of "NSF" on the container and that will let you know if it's food grade (National Safety Foundation). You see that marking on all food service equipment.
