Any good tips on how to get a bartending job fresh out of Bartending school?

Go to the prospetcive bar you'd like to work at and sit down for a drink. Check out the dynamics of the place: the staff, cleanliness, see how the patrons act and tip ect. If you feel comfortable there, ask who is in charge of hiring and if they have any openings. It's always best to ask in person rather than over the phone. You are selling yourself. Anyone can learn to pour drinks, but you have to show that you have a personality that would make a good fit. You may have to check out several places to find one you like that's hiring but it's worth the research.
