Tips to hold your liquor?

I've always been a really big lightweight... 2 shots and i need help walking... 5 and i might be sick. Beer especially makes me very sick because i've never been able to burp so instead i just throw up. I have to drink my beer really slowly because of this. Its sort of sad because this leaves me out of most drinking games.

So i was wondering if anyone has any good beer drinking tips or tips about how to hold your liquor??

Eat a very large, greasy meal first which will absorb a lot of the alcohol but also help you to drink slower without having to think about it. Also, consider trying the Chaser pills, available at Walgreens. Or you could just opt out of drinking games; true friends will understand.

A low tolerance is great! Much cheaper! And then of course, healthier in the long one. Trust me on this one...

you should be very thankfull your a lightweight its way cheaper for you. people that brag about how much they can drink are stupid. but if you really want to, breads before you drink, and salt. its tried and true. also energy drinks help you to keep going with out being too drunk.

eat bread before and during your drinking. it will help absorb the liquor.

eat something greasy...it helps absord the alcohol...also drink a mily based drink to coat your stomach lining...or you can well you should drink water to re-hydrate yourself

Alcohol is only ablorbed in your stomach, so if you eat a greasy dinner, you will coat your stomach lining with a thin layer of grease and it will help in keeping you out for an all nighter. You'll still get hammered, but it'll take longer.

you need to quit that is why i am barely understanding that.

A low tolerance is a low tolerance. You're probobly never going to increase your tolerance TOO much. The only suggestion I could give you is try not to drink really hard liquor. Try drinking some flavored vodka or rum. Take it slow and work your way up...slowly.

And for the guy who said to drink energy drinks while you're drinking because you dont get as drunk is stupid. You get DRUNKER! It just makes you more hyper...but drunker. The carbonation and the sugar intensify the alcohol and it all hits your system at a much quicker rate.

Try eating a big plate of pasta beforehand. Pasta slows the alcohol absorbtion.

You buy the beer and hang out with me for two weeks, And you'll be a well oiled tank, I will personally train you to be a blown out drunk, The best drinker's will try to keep up with you.

eat a few slices of white bread ,to put something on you stomach that's solid.Dont know why but it helps ,and do this on and off through the night of drinking.Just dont kill yourself drinking too much.
