How do you make a caipirinha?!

Question:

How do you make a caipirinha?

i know it's a brazilian drink with limes, but i can't get an accurate recipe

Answers:
take 2/3 of a lime, cut into wedges, 1/2 cup of sugar and muddle it together in a glass. Fill glass with ice and 1 1/2 oz of Cacha?a ( pitu and 51 are the most popular brands sold in U.S.) and shake it up. Voila.

cachaca and 1/2 lime about two teaspoons of sugar and ice.
Cut lime in quarters, place two quarters of lime in glass, place the two teaspoons of sugar in glass and mash the lime up til the sugar starts to mix. put in ice and about 2 shots (or more) of cachaca (cashasa) It's a quick drink to make and you really can't go wrong LOL LOL

The above recipes are good, but remember... it's a "to taste" thing. I prefer a little more sweetness to my Caipirinhas.

But remember... roll the limes before you cut them. This brings out the flavor a bit better than smashing alone.
