Alcohol 60ml or 90ml?!

Question:

Alcohol 60ml or 90ml?

i work in a bar in perth, im having an agument with my boss, he says we can serve 90 ml of alcohol in one drink (mixed spirit or cocktail) but i could be certain that, by law, the limit is 60ml of alcohol. i.e a double shot is ok, but a triple is not. Please let me know of a link that states the law as i have been unable to find one. Please only answer for Perth, Western Australia as the laws differ everywhere. thanks

I'm still not conviced until i see the law that states either
A) there is not limit
or
B) the limit is 60ml/90ml

I swear that there is a law that states the limit!!!! i just cant find the documents to prove/disprove this theory.
The 'enoughisenough' web page does not state the limit at all, none of the pages have anything to say about any limits.... but untill i find something that tells me that im either right or wrong.... i wont be convinced!

thanks for your input though!

Answers:

It's illegal for you to serve a drunken person, but I can't see that there's any *legal* restriction on how stiff a drink you can pour, according to Western Australia law.

Could you be confusing law with company policy at a place you've worked before?
