What is the best mixed drink, and what does it consist of?
i have just recently turned 21 and i am gonna be hittin the bars, so i need a few pointers on some good drinks....thanks

1. kamikaze: i ounce each vodka, triple sec, and lime juice
2. pink gin: gin and angostura bitters. sounds girly; ain't
3. absinthe. too bad it's so hard to get the real stuff in the US
4. gin gimlet: 1.5 oz gin, .5 oz lime juice. think sprite and gasoline
5. snooter rooter: 1 oz vodka, 5 oz tomato juice, 1 tsp lemon juice, 10 drops tabasco, 2 dashes worchestershire, pinch black pepper, 1.5 tsp horseradish. enjoy the kick

If you are a guy, do not drink any girly drinks.
You should probably go for a single malt scotch on the rocks if you want to be macho...
If you are not ready for that, try a margarita (not the frozen kind) or a vodka martini. If you like olives, order it dirty, but that might be a little hard to tolerate for a neophyte.

Ask for a 'Pimp Slap'....Soooo good. I had one of them on my 21st birthday. It has a lot of different liquors in it. Also there's a Russian Rainbow which is a bit of every flavored vodka ex. rasperry, vanilla, peach, orange etc. and then a splash of cranberry juice and a splash of orange juice. Worth a try. Other than that I drink a drink that I made up myself called 'Captain Coconuts'. It's Captain Morgan, Malibu (coconut rum), and coke. It's what I usually always drink. Have fun and happy 21st!!!!
Just order a Bacardi and coke.It's simple enough to say ina loud bar andtaste's good.
