I have a dumb question about open-container laws: can I be arrested/fined for drinking O'Douls beer in public?!

There's about 0.5% alcohol in it by volume...
Could I be arrested for drinking it while driving?
Answers:
it would still be considered an "open container" of an alcoholic beverage. Granted, it would take an entire case of the stuff drank in an hour to give you a buzz. Many states actually require ID for non-alcoholic beers.
