There is no such thing as a girly beer. All beer is manly by its very nature. But...if you like Corona, three beers to definitely check out are Bohemia (very similar to Corona, but better), Negra Modelo (a darker Mexican beer that I love) and Peroni, a lager from Italy that is also light and quaffable like Corona.

Nothing wrong with a Corona and lime every so often, but there are better beers out there in my opinion.
As for girly, as long as it doesn't have a flower, umbrella, or anything foo-foo in it I would not consider it a "girly" drink.
It is ok for a straight man to drink a drink like that but he must be on a beach, on vacation, being handed it by a topless waitress and it should be free.

COrona Extra with Lime is the only thing I drink, specially with Mexican food. Your masculinity is safe as long as you don't drink wine coolers, now THAT'S girly.
