Need a drink recipe for a martini called a Scottie!?!

Question:

Need a drink recipe for a martini called a Scottie!?

My friend LOVES scottie dogs. Her parents have told her that she isn't allowed to get a scottie until she moves out! However, they ARE going to give her one for her birthday and they are asking for scottie-themed gifts. So far, I got her a really nice Scottie ornament and a martini glass that has a scottie painted on it. I would LOVE to come with a scottie-themed martini in hand... Call it a Scottie! Have been looking all over for something that catches my eye, and no dice! Help!

Answers:
Bear with me here, I think you're gonna laugh ...at least, I HOPE so. There are two "Scottie" drink recipes, and both are named in honor of the "beam me up, Scottie" line from the first Star-trek series.

"Beam me up, Scottie" is a dessert drink made from Kahlua, so that is obviously NOT the one you want.

The OTHER one is called -and I'm NOT making this up - F**k me up, Scottie. The ingredients for this classic martini variation presumably explain the name:

2 oz vodka
1 oz grape juice concentrate
5 oz water

Cheers!

Now - I'm going to give you MY Scottie recipe, invented just for you. Since we're talking about the dogs here -not the TV series, let's base it on -you guessed it- Black and White scotch, the brand with the little Scottie dogs on the label.

1 jigger B&W scotch
1 jigger vodka
1 dark choc chip
1 white choc chip
1 tspn sweet vermouth.

Mix all but the choc chips in a shaker of ice (shake or stir) until icy cold. Strain into martini glass, drop in the 2 chips and serve. Serve with a puppy size milk bone as a novelty stirrer.

Salute!

Wish my magic wand was working today. It is just a little dusty.

OMG, what a really cool idea!

I would call the club or go over there and get some ideas from a professional bartender.

Maybe a martini with a tat of butterscotch?

This is all I could find for you...
