Here's a good source:

But let's focus on a signature drink or two that are special to YOUR place of business. I'll start you out with a Bloody Mary and martini recipe that'll keep 'em coming back for more.

Bloody Mary (give it a special name). I'm just going to give you ingredients for the mix (the "rue") -you experiment with proportions. Make it up ahead of time.

Tomatoe paste
V-8
Clamato juice (warn the customer, because if the have a shell fish allergy this can kill them -be prepared to make WITHOUT clamato, or add the clamato as a last ingredient when you mix the drink)
Old Bay Seasoning
Tobasco
Worchestshire
Lime juice
Lemon juice

Mmmmmmmmmmm.

Now, howw about a "Lace Curtain," a martini drink that's smooth and powerful.

1 part gin
1 part vodka
1 part water
1 shake of dry vermouth
1 cocktail onion

Shake the vodka, water and gin in a shaker with ice, strain into martini glass, add the vermouth and onion.

These'll creep up on you.

Being able to make drinks "by the book" is one thing -having some house signature drinks is another -they help you "get famous."
Good luck

If you hire an experienced bartender he/she should know how to make them. Any bartender that has to stop and read a recipe before making a mixed drink will cost you customers.

the internet:)
