Where I live the local wine is Mosto, it's 100% natural. Made with seeded white grapes, grown like weeds every where here, pressed into a large container like a sink, the press is a enormous stone set on top of the grapes. When the juice stops running out,after a few days, put into large container, a barrel is good but large glass demijohns would do. The grape juice has to be able to breath, and leave for 40 days. Its then ready to drink.
Transfer to green bottles and cork. Do not use screw top for this wine.
I think you need to keep it quite warm, as I live in a hot country.
