What is the best whiskey at a decent price?!

Question:

What is the best whiskey at a decent price?

I like the taste of whiskey. I like a smooth mellow taste. Can anyone make some reccommendations on a good mid range price whiskey such as Makers Mark or Knobb Creek?

Jim Beam.

Honey, Makers Mark or Gentleman Jack are what you are looking for. Actually, they are both good and the mellow taste without being over-powering. Ever tried it in coffee? If you enjoy coffee, and you enjoy whiskey, you should try it just once.

Basil Hayden or Bookers are both very nice bourbons, reasonably priced too. Happy drinking....

canadian mist, about $14.00 a liter, and cant beat the smooth taste, great straight or mixed with coke . but my all time fave is Jim Beam white label at about $18.00 a fifth, these prices reflect my area and may even be cheaper in your neck of the woods.

Bushmill's is an Irish whiskey that is pretty good . It is hard to go wrong with a bottle of Maker's Mark or George Dickell either.
