Does Guinness travel?!

Question:

Does Guinness travel?

Answers:

It travels well, but it's usually brewed locally.
I used to drink at a pub in North London where the landlord imported the real thing from Dublin. That stood on the back counter with a gravity tap for the benefit of regulars, but he also had the British brewed squirty stuff for the passing trade.
Real Guinness from a gravity tap takes about 5 minutes to pour and settle , so the conversation would go a little like this (various Irish accents)
"What'll you have?"
"I'll have a Guinness" (pint glass goes under the gravity tap)
"Would you like a drink while you wait?"
"I'll have a Guinness" (half-pint drawn from the squirty tap)
