what is the best hard acohol to drink?? and what is the best beer to drink??

If your looking to have some fun and have quite a few friends around, try making a punch.
Buy a bottle or two of Everclear, a bunch of apples, grapes, pineapple, and other fruits you like, along with some fruit punch.
A few hours before the party starts, cut up the fruit and soak in a container (such as a large cooler) with the everclear, then add punch. Just prior to guests arriving, add fruit punch to fruit and alcohol (either in cooler or clean bathtub) When eating the fruit, you likely won't taste the alcohol, just have a firm grip on something when you stand up.
As for beer, I'd stick to basics like Coors Lt or bud light, unless you have friends with particular taste, then get something from Oregon or Colorado such as Mirror Pond Pale Ale or Fat Tire.
