What is Micro Brew?
Is it just brewing on a small scale?
Answers:
Yes. A few years ago the fed. govt. changed the laws about brewing beer to allow small micro-breweries, and now many American cities have them, breweries that make just enough to serve right there, usually as a restaurant.
Some of these places have gotten well-known enough to enlarge their operation and sell beer in local liquor stores or other local restaurants, but they are still known only locally. Some are very good! Some are just so-so.
