I know for a fact that it isn't just no drink for under 18s in any circumstances, as you are allowed to drink at home from the age of 5 (may not even be an age limit), and allowed a drink with a meal in a restaurant from the age of 15.

You show me evidence (or the name of the act) that it is ILLEGAL for an Under 18 to CONSUME alcohol on private premises. And who the hell are you to decide what is 'not on for anyone'?

yes its legal at a private party...its not legal to buy it!! in fact its legal to provide a child as young as five with alcahol in a private home!!!
