What needs to be done to sell alcohol in Texas.?
I am opening a convience store in a wet county. Do I just have to file for a liquour license to be able to sell alcohol. I am just going to sell beer and wine.

TABC is a great form of information. There are many different licenses. There is Liquor and there are beer/wine licenses. There are also on and off premisis licenses. Contact the TABC agent office nearest to you to get all the info needed.
