Just follow the directions on the back of the box until you get to the part where you add cold water to your hot water/jell-o mix. Instead of the cold water (I think 1 cup per jell-o pack) use vodka. Then use some kind of small paper cups so when they are ready its easy to get out (like mini-cup cake things). Doesn't really matter what you put it in tho...

Same way you make jello but you add a little vodka. ( please don't sell my secrets. )
boil 1 cup of water, add jello, then add 1 cup of vodka. Or if you really want to get jacked up use everclear. You can use gin or rum for a twist with different flavors. I would suggest getting creative with you're jello shots. After all you can get cherry jello shots at most local party bars.
