Is diet drinks good for you?!

Question:

Is diet drinks good for you?

Answers:
scorpio_queen_2003 is right. It's not that good due to artificial sweeteners which will only make you more fat. <*-*>

ARE diet drinks good for you...and yes

Its a toss-up. On one hand, you aren't getting all the sugar that is in the regular sodas. Thats good. On the other hand, there is still phosphoric acid, which can help erode the calcium in your bones, and has aspartame, which can cause cancer. Thats bad.

No they aren't because they still contain phosphoric acid, which helps erode the calcium in your bones (you have heard of osteoarthritis?), and has aspartame, which can cause cancer, not to mention the bleaches and all the chemicals used in the less added sugar, which your body isn't designed to have or use. You want a drink that’s good for you.......try
WATER!!!!!!!

no!. they are full of chemical, additives. the sweetner is addictive and you crave it.it is also bad for your teeth(acid) there are no health benefits whatsoever

No!

Diet drinks intefere with your hair cells, which is not a problem if you are elderly or bald.

'Diet Drinks have a special ingredient which can sense when the body is on a diet. If you have these drinks when not on a diet, your health can be affected.' says nutritionalist Carsoni T. Talnitt.

This notificatication could save your life or your hair!

I personaly believe that if you are on a diet stick to good food and regular exercise.

I dont think artificial sweeteners make you fat. Theres no calories in them! Diet drinks arent "healthy" but as long as you dont drink liters of diet soda a day or a large amount, you should be fine.

No softdrink is good for you. With all the chemicals that the company's place into them, it is a wonder why the FDA approves any of it. Sodium Benzonate is BAD. Aspertame is BAD. High Fructose Corn Syrup is BAD. Caffine is BAD. And when mixed together in one form or another it makes a wicked Chemical Cocktail we call SODA or POP depending on what part of the country you are from.
