...a cheap bottle of wine at a package store. I have heard that many inexpensive wines still have live yeast, in hibernation, that will revive in fruit / sugar.
My question is...what is a good-tasting wine for under $10 that would be in most package stores?

Not a good idea. Wait until tomorrow and buy the correct yeast, you will be much happier with the resulting wine. If your juice is beginning to ferment with the wild yeast put in a little potassium metabisulfite to kill the wild yeast, then tomorrow add the correct amount of the right yeast and continue.
