What drinks mix well with brandy?
I don't like complicated recipes either, just two or three ingredients.
Answers:
Special Rough Cocktail
Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 oz Brandy
* 1 1/2 oz Apple brandy
* 1/2 tsp Anisette
Mixing instructions:
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Amaretto Shake
Ingredients:
* 2 scoops Chocolate ice-cream
* 2 oz Brandy
* 2 oz Amaretto
Mixing instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve in chilled glass garnished with bittersweet chocolate shavings.
Asphalt
Ingredients:
* 4 cl Brandy (Eau de vie)
* Fill with Coca-Cola
Mixing instructions:
Pour brandy over ice the glass. Fill with Coke. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
B And B
Ingredients:
* 1/2 oz Brandy
* 1/2 oz Benedictine
Mixing instructions:
Float brandy on top of Benedictine in a cordial glass without mixing and serve.
Blue Edisonian
Ingredients:
* 2 oz Campari
* 2 oz Brandy
* 1 oz Lemon juice
Mixing instructions:
Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Ingredients:
* 2 oz Brandy
* 4 oz Lemon-lime soda
* 1 Lemon wedge
Mixing instructions:
Pour the brandy and the soda into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon wedge. ( a fav. of mine)

Its a well known drink. But the recipe for a brandy hi ball is a dash or two of bitters, 1-2 shots of brandy, ice and top with dry ginger ale.

I like brandy in cocoa, coffee and eggnog. Occasionally, I put it in cola or black cherry soda.

I'm partial to the Brandy Stinger and it's super simple. A Mixed drink made with brandy. Just be certain to make it white the WHITE Creme de Menthe, not the green.
