Feeling Dog Rough - have I wasted the day?
I've just got up (it's 2:00pm) because last night I had a load of beer, wine and spirits on an all-night session in a cheap bar surrounded by a range of local flotsam and jetsam. Today, so far, I have done nothing other than sign and moan, break wind and periodically visit the toilet. Have I wasted the day? How can I redeem things?

UPDATE: I've just summoned up the courage to eat: a Tesco's Lincolnshire sausage and bubble&squeak ready meal. From their "Finest" range. It was reduced from £3.99 to £1.50. It's done me the power of good. My friend (who's here is more rough than I am) rejected the sausage in favour of some thin soup. He's still rough and I feel a little better. A good advert for Tesco's over-priced micro meals I'd say. We're still both farting a lot though, I think we just have to resign ourselves to this for the rest of the day?

Forget today, drink juice, lie in bed, watch a film and continue sleeping - I would also suggest you have a supply of cheese and onion mcCoys and a packet of rocky bars handy for munchies around 10pm tonight!

Go to the video shop and get some dvds out. Normally they do 3 for price of 2. This will give you approx 6-7 hours viewing. Then get a a large bottle of coke, some popcorn and a takeaway. Also large bottle water and some paracetomol.
Randomly text women whose numbers you gathered last night. Failing that randomly text friends asking them to run errands for you.
You are not going to feel good about this day anyway so might as well waste it in style.

Yep, thats a waste of a day. how can you redeem things? well, dont drink so stupidly so you wasted the next day. You should drink sensibly.
Don't worry, it's only one day out of millions. Having a similar day myself. I always make the same mistake of having too much to drink if I'm off work the next day, then I realise I have ruined my day off! Oh dear, vodka and tonic! Wish it didn't taste so nice (with a slice of fresh lemon) then I wouldn't drink so many.
Get more Beer, Kick back at home catch a good buzz, And relax, That's what Sunday's are for.
have a paracettamol if u have a head ache (i am not a doctor i just recommend it it may not be healthy :) ) take a shower dirnk water alcohol causes dehydration in ur body (uses water in ur body that may cause some of these things) and get out try to do something. but if u r not suposed to do anything lay in ur bed and enjoy ur sunday watching tv
have toast and cup of tea that do for me first thing when i up from hangover!! I don't drink alot now like used be when i was younger, it give me too much hangover and throw up in toilet. never again with that headache!!
You have a good old fashioned hang over. Two ways to battle it. Hair of the Dog that bit you, have a couple of beers, or mind over matter, get moving and don't let it bother you, it will go away.
