Question about Triple Sec?
If you've drank this or know somebody who has how easy is it to detect on your breath. This is really important, I want to have a small drink (not much) but I CAN'T have my mother finding out.
Also is there any way to get the smell off of your breath?

If you're underage don't drink.
Drink Smirnoff ice, it tastes like Sprite and you can't smell it on your breath, you would have to worry about the way you act around your mom though, it might give it away if you keep laughing for no reason around her.
you can smell the alcohol...I'm afraid to say...if it is not on your breath it may come out in your skin...

Yes I think the alcohol is detectible even though triple sec be flavoured with oranges....best thing is to have an orange after you have tasted...nothing like citrus to kill alcohol!
I really can't stand the taste of triple sec. I think you should take the advice of the previous poster and drink some sort of malt beverage, like smirnoff ice grape (yummy). It doesn't taste like alcohol, but it may still smell like it on your breath. That's why the breath alcohol tests can detect if people are drunk. I've heard peanuts kill the smell, as well as sucking on a penny (not recommended unless you are REALLY desperate). I got out of a bad situation one time by popping in a Halls cough drop. :) Have a good time!
Triple Sec has very little alcohol in it. It does taste like Oranges. Your mom will probably not notice if you don't drink too much. Chew some gum afterwards to get the smell off your breath.
