What is crème de fraises?
I have a cocktail reciepe and it calls for crème de fraises, what is it AND what brand makes the best?
Answers:
It is a strawberry liquer.
Your local liquor store should be able to tell you which brand they have that is the highest quality, but it will usually come at a significant cost.
Depending on the recipe, your best bet is probably to just us Dekuyper Creme De Fraises.

here is the recpie it tells u what it is basicaly and whats in it and u can make it your own......
Ingrédients :
250 g de fraises
1/2 citron
1 boite de biscuits roses de Reims
3 cuillerées à soupe de miel d’acacia,
1/2 de litre de crème fleurette.
Préparation :
Mixer les fraises avec le jus du 1/2 citron et 2 cuillerées de miel ; imbiber les biscuits roses de Reims avec la moitié des fraises mixées, répartir la préparation dans le fond des coupes, fouettez la crème fra?che avec 1 cuillerée de miel. Quand la crème est ferme, mélanger avec le reste des fraises mixées, finir de garnir les coupes et mettre au froid.

It is french for Cream of Strawberry. Since it is a schnapps, any will suffice.
