Craziest thing I ever saw was in New Orleans before Katrina. Drive-through DAIQUIRI BARS! Thats right, a blended Daiquiri handed to you right over the counter as you sat behind the wheel of your car.
Get a Hurricane without leaving the drivers seat! Drinking and driving was not against the law, only driving drunk was. There is a difference. Gotta love the Big Easy!
