Holy Grail of beer?!

Question:

Holy Grail of beer?

This is a dumb question - maybe?

I am a drinker of many things, just not beer. I understand that for most forms of alcohol, there is a 'creme de la creme' of that form that most people will rave about - such as Dom Perignon for Champagne, Johnny Walker Blue for Scotch, Patrone for Tequila, etc.

What is the BEST beer? The holy grail of all beers? If there one?

Sadly, it is only available for sale at the Monastery, or at a small cafe across the road.
