Public alcohol consumption, north richland hills, texas?
An officer told me and some friends it is a North Richland Hills city ordinance that you can not consume alcoholic beverages in public or on private property in public view. I can't seem to find this ordinance anywhere. Can anyone tell me if that is true or not and where you found it?
