okay im trying to get a job but lately ive had a lot of stress and so ive been taking around one xanax bar a day and one white klonopin a day, for about a week now... a friend of mine said she would try to get me on at her job but they require drugs test... so my questions are do you know if they test for prescription drugs, drug test wise? & how long does xanax stay in your system because i've heard ppl say it lasts 5 days some say 45 and so on... so do any of you know for SURE how long xanax stays in your system or any ways to get it out of my system within a couple of days.. thanks for any answers please help... and sorry for such a long damn question.
and btw no i do not have a prescription

They do test for xanax (benzodiazepines). You can get an At Home drug test from Walgreens for around $15. They have 4 or 5 diffrent kinds of tests there just make sure you get the one that tests for benzodiazepines.
They do not test for prescription drugs they look for illegal drugs weed coke etc.......
trust me on this one ,xanax stays in your system for 30 days but there is a way to pass the drug...test
I used to work for a place that does drug testing. According to everything I was taught the test are made to look for the common ingredients in those drugs. Some can stay in your system for up to a month. Now if you had a perscription then you could disclose that and they would let you slide, but since you don't you really do not have much choice.
don't know the half life of zanax or xanax. I do know they check for that. Get a urine kit for 50 bucks at the head shop and give them pristine urine, and pray that they don't require a hair follicle test as well. Some are doing only hair drug tests now.
they only test for 'recreational' drugs...marijuana, heroin, cocaine, meth....

Drugs stay in your system as long as they do. (some people get rid of them easier, quicker).
and btw...you shouldn't be taking other peoples drugs...it's habit forming and can lead to death, if you mix things or you're in an accident and no one knows you're on drugs that can lead to a bad reaction.
Yes xanax will show up on a drug test and I think it will stay in your system for a few days.However all drug tests need to have a certain quanitation to be positive so the more liguids you drink the more diluted the specimen is. Google search drug test, it will bring up alot of info.
They may. You should not be taking them without a script, if you really think they are needed, why not go see a doctor and get one?
no you don't have to worry about RX drugs. if they ask you about it just say you have a RX for it and that should be it. if they ask more just say its personal.
xanax and klodopin stay in your system 12 hours not long at all just relax and stop taking prescriptions that are not made for you if you are that stressed out go to your doctor and get him to write you a prescription
