Hooking a jello shot to a fishing pole?!

Hooking a jello shot to a fishing pole?

we use the plastic cup/lid combo for jello shots and we were thinking of hooking them to fishing poles for casting and reeling purposes... thought it would be fun... Im looking for the best method to get the shot hooked to the line and preserve both, suggestions plz

also the shot must be easily removable from the line
