Nothing would happen to you. There wouldn't be enough cola in your mouth or stomach to make the mentos react. But for a cool experiment (do it outside) is to take a 2-Liter of Cola and drop in about 7 mentos and STAND BACK!!! :)
It would make an explosion. Trust me on this one, because I did a science project on this!
