Red Wine is good for the heart.
Has a ample supply of antioxidants.
They recommend 1-2 drinks for men and 1 drink for women.
(A drink is one 12 oz. beer, 4 oz. of wine, 1.5 oz. of 80-proof spirits, or 1 oz. of 100-proof spirits.)

Its just the pure test of red/purple grapes. At any point of time, the taste of the wine is because of the grapes.

Red wine is personal preference, I react badly to heavy tannins so I stay well clear of Pinot Noir. I appreciate light reds so I drink Cabernet Sauvignon based reds the most.

Your body needs no wine to function daily, If you are going to drink daily, drink no more than a 250mil glass a day to stay under the UK's RDA.
