Why could you still get charged if you're at a party but you don't drink?!

Question:

Why could you still get charged if you're at a party but you don't drink?

Answers:

Depends on the place. If you are in a bar, or other public establishment then you're not allowed in there if you're under age. Although the establishment would be in more trouble than you for that.

In a private party I don't think they can charge anyone as long as nobody is letting you drink.
