normally those types of flavoured vodkas are just drunk straight. however they taste really good with sprite, gingerale, cranberry juice, and welch's grape juice from my experience. but if you want to seriously start mixing using real recipes, get a regular 2-6 of vodka and serach online for some real recipes.
