Whats the serving age in California, for serving liquor. I know some states you can be 19?


Answers:

In california its 21 unless it is a bonafide eating place like a restaurant which also means they can not have an off site liquor license for you to work there. in some counties here in IL you only have to be 19. I served at Olive Garden at 19. You just can not open the alcohol or mix. you can pour an already opened bottle but not mix it.
