Strongest yet cheapest wine..?!

Question:

Strongest yet cheapest wine..?

I enjoy the "buzz" I get off of drinking a glass or two of good wine...but the only time I drink it is when I am out at a fancy restaurant with family and unfortunately I don't have the money to buy the nice wine. So, I was wondering what are some cheap yet strong wine I can buy at the store?

Answers:

Here's 2 that are best buys....rated highly but selling for reasonable prices:

Gnarly Head 2005 Old Vine Zinfandel
Made from old vines 35 to 80 years old in Lodi, California. Flavors of plum, pepper, cola, and chocolate. The lingering spicy finish pairs well with grilled meats, pasta, and ribs. (A great value for an old vine Zin at only $10.29)

Calina 2005 Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
Now is the time to stock up on this great value Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile in South America. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from 3 different regions: Cachapoal Valley, Colchagua, and Maule. The result is a flavorful, complex wine with well balanced tannins.(An unbelievable price of $7.99)
