just one? it really depends on the time of day. this is in no particular order:
-bloody mary
-white russian
-midori sour
-red wine
-beer (heineken, corona)
-bellini
-mimosa
the last two are the brunch variety, but i still love them!
Coffee liquir with cream or half and half is pure bliss. Starbucks liquor +chocolate mint Baily's+half and half is very, very good. I think Godiva makes some good chocolate alcohol concoctions too, and I've had a sip of one straight. It was... decadant!
I love a nice G&T with ice and a slice but my absolute favourite is a nice glass of chilled White Zinfandel, preferably Blossom Hill or Echo Falls

Real Ale
My fave is a "Rye & Dry" - Canadian Club whisky and ginger ale.
Definately depends on situation. Such as at uni we have a ￡1 a pint night, which means larger all night. however wensdays are vodka and mixer ￡1.20. The best is an ice cold larger on a summers days after working hard in the fields.
