What to mix with . . .?
I have some rum, scotch, whiskey, rice wine, Amaretto, sour mix, mead, cinimon wine, cherry cordials & Southern comfort. What type of desserts can I make with some of these? I know Amaretto goes well in chocolate cake, cherry cordials goes well in brownie mixes, but I'm looking for something other than brownies, cookies and cakes. Any ideas? I don't want this stuff to go sour.

Do deep fired bananas and vanilla ice cream and use Rum as a topping
Amaretto is wonderful with Strawberry Shortcake...let the shortcake soak some up before you build the cake
I marinade chicken in Mead for a BBQ and it was delish!
Use the Cinnamon wine with fruit juices for a easy make sangria
i only know a couple of things that are for rum rum balls or a rum cake and if you are really energetic you can use the rum to add to a homemade sorbet or sherbert
make some jungle juice!
