Hey! I am just wondering if there is any sort of smart serve type thing in Quebec where people have to be certified to serve alcohol? I am doing on event there and wondering about the safety of my drinking guests!

Like Ontario, there are local regulations to the sale of alcohol and food in Quebec, the guest cheques are sequenced and information has to be sent to the Quebec governments treasury department, as the servers are required to report there tips.
Unlike Ontario, there is stricter enforcement, but the courses as similar to those in other provinces, I was a chef and worked in Montreal.
