Question:

When brewing beer, how far appart do bubles have to be to be considered done?

should the bubles stop completely? when can I move the beer to the keg?
once in the keg how much CO2 pressure over night for fast drinking?

Hi, hope you have more luck than me.. no idea what to expect and BOOM in the early hours took the cupboard door off. All that beer gone to waste and an earful from the wife

maybe not completely, but almost completely, like a few a minute TOPS. if you put it in the keg or bottle/seal too soon, just like the guy above you, it will explode...not a pretty site. let it finish almost completely from bubbling, this should take a few weeks. give it some time before kegging.

How long you been brewing? Because after a while you'll get a feel for when your brew is ready, also there are other signs, such as at first your brew will look like muddy water then just before it,s ready it will go "clear" then you give it another 24-48hrs and it's ready to bottle.
