Answers:
Mix up your concentrate with water at the proper ratio to make apple juice per the instructions on the concentrate container. You can err slightly on the short side with the water (more sugar and flavor with less water).
Here's a really good recipe and method I've found in the past. Scale it to whatever amount of apple juice you have to work with.
