Can i brew cider with cooking apples ido not know what variety they are but they are multycoloured?


Answers:

i have made excellent ciders from cooking apples, but as has been mentioned for best results you would probably need to use some juice from apples different from your main variety.

i always used to add some shop-bought apple juice (the stuff from concentrate is fine for this use, and it is quite cheap).
