Well, if you mean will the pubs be open at this time, that depends on where you live. If you mean, is it too early to have a drink - as a friend of mine likes to say, "Well, it is 11:00 am somewhere in the world, so it's time for a drink!"

I can understand where all these teenagers and what not are coming from "it's never too early" kind of talk. But honestly, get something else to do in the time rather than going out for more drinks.
is there such thing as too early man i miss download (just got back from there on monday) when you would wake up at 6 and be pissed by 7 and no-one would bat an eyelid (mainly because their just as drunk lol)
