Knob Creek is my fav. It is much better than JD and actually has more alcohol per volume than JD Knoby is at 50% eventhough it doesnt matter much to me.
Captain Morgan Private Stock....it is really smooth for a rum.
Johnny Walker Black Label suits me, just fine.
Since you are spelling it with an ey insteady of y I am assuming that you are intentionally leaving out scotches especially single malts. So that leaves irish, american and canadian. That said, my vote is for Jamesons Irish Whiskey.
Probably Jack Daniel's and Johnny Walker.

Dad always loved Seagrams VO. He refused to drink anything else.
My husband prefers Seagrams Seven and thinks VO is terrible.
Crown Royal is also good although stronger.

While I agree with the scotch and single malts griffyn10941 you are going to have to take canadian out of that category as well ,since they also use the whisky spelling. Taking that into consideration, Knob Creek 9 yr old small batch bourbon is my favorite
