Warm fuzzy feeling :-). Really though, depends on how much you drink, what your tolerance level is, and how alcohol effects you. I drink about 3 or so and I'm done, but I'm fine the next day. My husband has 3 and has a headache all day the following day.
cheap tequila = headache
flirting with fat women, flipping off a cop and pissing on your neighbors front lawn.
1-2 - lots of giggling and fun
3-4- telling everyone you love them and making promises you can't keep......
4-5 taking off your shoes and sitting on the floor cuz your tired

It depends on what you mean by side effects, long term or short term. If you consider that margaritas are alcoholic drinks, then the effects will be the same as drinking other alcoholic drinks like, whisky, vodka brandy or gin., both in the short term as well as long term.
A margarita is a very pleasant drink, which I enjoy, with or without Mexican food. Cheers.
It depends on what kind of alcoholic beverage is in your margarita.. If it is the typical tequila, based on my personal experienes and witnessing, tequila can make a person EXTREMELY agressive, aside from all the other side effects of drinking alcohol period.
You eventually get to see Margarita after having a few pitchers of it.
