Suggestions for drinks that are easy on the alcohol?!

Question:

Suggestions for drinks that are easy on the alcohol?

I recently turned 21 and actually never drank when I was a minor except for once when I had 4 drinks (sips not bottles) of a Mike's Hard Lemonade and threw up all night. I have a very low tolerance for alcohol. I went out with my fiance and had a strawberry margarita but since I didn't know what it would do to me I only had like 10 drinks of that. I was okay though and didn't even feel sick at all. Just wondering for any other suggestions of what I can order that tends not to have too much alcohol and would be easy on someone like me with a low tolerance for it. Thanks!

Answers:
Pina Colada, Strawberry Daquiri, Midori Sour, Sex on the Beach, Cosmopolitan, Hurricane

try shandy!

Shirley Temple (aka Virgin sling) has no alcohol. You could start with those and have one true drink later.

Fuzzy Navel. They are delish.Orange juice and peach schnapps. Go easy on them. They don't taste alcohol so can sneak up on you. If you want though you can have a "Skip ond Go Naked" and get it over with quick. Drinking isn't neccessary to have a good time though.

malt coolers. =)

I love Midori Sour

You can try a low alcohol beer or have a top shelf of a liqueur with a lot of wash i.e. juices, sweet and sour mix, water

Champagne coolers...buy some inexpensive champagne and mix some in a glass with 7Up. Very mild, and you can make it as weak or as strong as you want!

I hope you meant 10 sips! There is no reason you have to drink alcohol at all. Just order drinks virgin (w/o alcohol) and no one will notice the difference. I never did get beyond one drink.

wine coolers or smirnoff. mixed drinks (daquiris, margaritas, martinis, etc) actually have a pretty decent amount of alcohol in them, but if you get one and sip on it kinda slowly, you should be fine. my mom is a mad lightweight but sometimes she orders a martini at dinner and she catches a buzz off of it but nothing crazy. i used to be a lightweight too (maybe not to that extent, but close), but through the years i've gained a pretty high tolerance...maybe not such a good thing, 'cause it's a lot more expensive to catch a buzz now lol!
