Champagne & strawberry cocktail - what's it called?!

Question:

Champagne & strawberry cocktail - what's it called?

I know that Kir Royale is champagne & blackcurrant liqueur, and Kir Imperiale is champagne & raspberry - but what is the name for a mix of champagne & strawberry? (OK then, sparkling wine - garden party on a budget)

Thanks. It would be a Bellini with strawberry pulp or juice. I mean with strawberry liqueur, like creme de fraises.

The only things I've heard it called are a Fraise Champagne or a Fraise Royale. I dont think there's a Kir variant.

i just thought it was a strawberry bellini? a normal bellini is champagne and peaches isnt it.

Strawberry bellini.

Bellini. I had a complimentary one at the Hilton Park Lane last week. Probably would've enjoyed it if I hadn't already done 5 pints of Stella. Can't remember what dinner was like either. In fact all I can remember is how much it all cost. Sobering when the bill arrives somehow. Shame really. Bottoms up!

It's a strawberry Bellini and it's delicious. You can get Strawberry Puree in Tesco now.

Enjoy!

EDIT: If you mean the one with Strawberry Liquer it's called A Royal Wild Strawberry... there are some interesting variations too, try the list here: http://www.drinksmixer.com/cat/155/...

Fraises des Bois Royales

I know nothing about this, wouldn't it be OK to call it Champagne & Strawberry.
I really came on to tell Caroline w she appears to have a rat on her head, do you think she knows?
