I tend to use ice cube trays and serve them as jelly cubes on a small plate :)

Failing that, your local supermarket should stock disposable party cups/plates etc which work just as well - you'll pay through the nose for proper shot glasses which is pointless if they're disposable anyway?

Walmart any party shop.

3 ounce bathroom cups will work in a pinch. Just don't fill all the way full.

If you are making jello then you dont need shot glasses at all in a pinch get a square of cling film or what ever your country calls it gather all the corners up like to make a bag pour in the liquid twist the top and let it set people can then pick them up and knock them back and you are left with no washing up

makes some out of ice

go to the grocery store and get little solo ramikens (the thing you would get your salad dressing in at a restaurant). they come in different sizes and are made out of plastic so when doing jello shots they are easy for the participants to squeeze everything out.

check the local liquer store the should sell them there. If you have a specs near by they have them

I don't know if you are close to a liquor store, but ours sells the little plastic cups with the lids for jello shots. You get like 100 for $1-2.

Buy some shots in a bar and steal the glasses

You can get the 2-oz. disposable plastic ones they usually use in bars from Gordon's Food Service stores if you have one of those near you - I would imagine somewhere like Costco or Sam's would have them as well. Sometimes you can find them elsewhere, but I haven't had any luck at WalMart or those types of stores.

get those little plastic shot cups and you can fill them up, or something bigger, dixie cups depending on how big you want the jello shot to be. I know my neighbor used the urine cups from the hospital she works at. (they were UNUSED) for those gross enough to ask.

3 oz Dixie cups work real well. You can just peel the cup away and squirt some whipped cream on top and then do the shot.

i use those paper bathroom cups. they are lined with plastic so the jello doesn't leak out and they are cheap, plus you get so many in a package
