Is there a name for finishing all the leftover drinks at a bar?
is there a specific nickname , slang phrase ,cliche,or catchphrase for when someone goes around drinking the small amounts of beer or wine left in lots of other peoples glasses at a bar or party?
[not that i've ever seen it done, i think]
you know , like a short phrase or word for it maybe a metaphor [an old one, not one you just invented]

In the Uk we call it "Mine-sweeping".
Due to the fact that you never knew what you where drinking or especially if it had any floaters (cigarette butts)
.
When I was in the military it used to be a forfeit if you hadn't got lucky with the ladies that night, or had knocked over a drink, or had used a certain taboo word that evening.
Brings back memories (but not from mine-sweeping, you don't remember anything from those nights).
